Cellbusters have many Government
customers who have deployed the cell phone detector. (e.g. Army,
Navy, Marines, Air force, homeland defense etc)
As a result we are extremely familiar with your procurement processes.
Cellbusters will make every effort to facilitate your order; we
have added the following section to assist you with the ordering
process.
Ordering:
Our preferred method is online, however we understand that this
is not always possible. We will gladly accept orders via Telephone,
Fax and Email. Should you wish you can order online and Fax your
payment details to us for processing.
Payment:
Credit Cards:
Cellbusters accept ALL Government credit cards securely. Credit
card information is not seen (when you order online) or retained
by Cellbusters as it is processed directly by Authorize.net via
this website.
Purchase Orders (PO):
Cellbusters on request will generate a personalized quotation for
you for your purchasing dept. Your purchasing department can then
issue a purchase order number (for the amount specified in the quotation)
to our sales department. Once we receive the purchase order we will
issue you with a pro forma invoice while we process your order.
(Pro forma invoices can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or
check)
Bank Transfer:
Some government departments prefer to make payment via bank transfer.
Again Cellbusters can facilitate this for you without any problem.
(For security reasons we only issue our bank details on request,
our bank details can also be found on our invoices)
Tax:
Cellbusters do not charge tax to Government tax-exempt departments,
For online orders please enter "Government tax free" in
the comments box if applicable.
W9:
Cellbusters can provided you with completed W9 forms on request
Shipping:
Cellbusters are offering free shipping to all government departments
when they order 2 or more cell phone detector units. Cellbusters
use UPS ground to ship all our products. (Please contact our sales department
for more details)
