14-Day Return Policy:

1) Management must authorize all returns. Call for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.

2) Returns for Cellphone detector equipment or any other merchandise permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Subsequently, all sales are final. All Shipping, Handling and insurance charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, c & d (see below) are met.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.

a) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.), all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.

b) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

c) All returns must include all the factory accessories that come with the item. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.

d) All returns must be authorized by Cellbusters.com call for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.

3) Your receipt is good for all manufacturers' warranties.

4) Your receipt will be necessary for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please keep it in a safe place. We cannot issue duplicate receipts.

5) There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise, this will be deducted from the total purchase price of the goods, excluding shipping and handling charges.

6) If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call Cellbusters Customer Service Immediately.

7) We do not sell to resellers.

8) Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

9) We are not responsible for typographical errors.

10) All Refunds that were purchased using a credit card will be made by way of a refund to the same credit card number on file. All other refunds will be made by way of a check made out to the name on the purchase order.Please Note Cellbusters.com reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all open merchandise whether it's sent back for an exchange or refund. All purchases made on extended warranties are final and are none refundable.
